- 300g smoked salmon
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- chives
- 1 lemon
Preparation
- Step 1
Place the croissants on a baking tray and leave to defrost at room temperature for 25-35min.
- Step 2
Place the croissants in the oven for 10-15min at 188°C (371°F) then leave to cool.
- Step 3
Cut a slit in the length of the croissant and top with fromage frais and salmon. Add a sprinkling of chives and place on a plate with a lemon wedge.
- Step 4
Serve as a starter with a green salad or as an aperitif.
